During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the backwaters and the ease of having onsite parking. These features made it easy to enjoy a boat ride and come and go from the hotel. the staff was friendly during check-in and made us feel welcome.
My overall experience at the hotel was not good. the rooms were damp and had pests like cockroaches, beetles, and mosquitoes.

I loved how convenient this hotel is to the backwaters for a boat ride. It was so easy to just walk over and hop on a boat. Onsite parking was also a plus, and I never had trouble finding a space.

Our group of trekkers stayed near the picturesque backwaters, making it easy to organize a boat trip. We enjoyed parking on-site, which was a huge plus. the rooms are well maintained and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. the staff was pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast included fresh local delicacies, which we appreciated. We had excellent room advantages with a stunning view of the backwaters. We loved the comfortable beds and beautiful room décor.
One minor issue was encountered with the Wi-Fi signal, but we used our mobile data instead.

The hotel had a great location next to the backwaters and offered onsite parking. they had a package deal for boat rides which was a nice option to have. The staff was friendly when we interacted with them.
The rooms were not up to our expectations. They had a damp odor and there were several insects such as cockroaches and mosquitoes.
